Residential Servieces
CHILL provides individuals on the HCBS-DD waiver with residential services that include host home and family caregiver settings. Residential services are designed to ensure the health, safety and welfare of the participant, and to assist in the acquisition, retention and/or improvement in skills necessary to support the participant to live and participate successfully in their home and in their community.
Day Program Services

CHILL day program services support the abilities and skills necessary to enable the participant to access typical activities and functions of community life such as those chosen by the general population, including community education or training, retirement and volunteer activities.
Employment Services
CHILL provides DVR and Supported employment services. Services include situational assessments, job placement and one on one job coaching. Supported Employment services are services provided to support individuals to obtain and maintain a job in competitive employment, customized employment, or self-employment. The outcome of this service shall be sustained paid employment in a job that meets personal and career goals.
